What standard outpatient
looks like each week
after IOP, or on its own.
Standard outpatient is one or two sessions a week, still on video, for Colorado women who do not need five-day IOP. It can follow IOP, or it can be the first level if that pace is enough.
You keep a licensed clinician, and group is added when it helps. Sessions are private video, not a public clinic.

Outpatient at one
or two sessions a week.
Outpatient is for Colorado women who can work with one or two sessions a week, including after IOP.
Women stepping down from IOP
Stepping down from IOP is a real change in hours. Outpatient keeps a licensed clinician on the week so you are not dropped to zero.
Women starting with fewer hours
If five-day IOP is more than you need, outpatient is one or two sessions a week from home. A clinician still recommends the level after the assessment.
Women keeping a weekly session
After IOP, many women keep one or two sessions a week with the same licensed clinician.
Women with full weeks
Standard outpatient is one or two sessions a week. Morning, afternoon, and evening slots can sit next to work or caregiving.

Sleep, movement, and nutrition
Check-ins on sleep, movement, and meals when that is part of the plan
Community Events & Workshops
Skill-building events on the calendar when they are offered
Relapse Prevention Support

Alumni Network Access
Peer connection after you step down from IOP

Access to your clinical team between sessions
If you need more hours this month, virtual IOP runs five days a week for about three hours a day. Admissions helps you pick the level on the assessment.

Continuity of Care
Your outpatient clinician can already know your IOP history, so the plan starts from this week.
Care at home
All outpatient sessions run on private video for Colorado residents, with no commute to a campus.
One plan, several concerns
Depression, anxiety, trauma, eating concerns, and substance use can sit on the same outpatient plan. You are not sent to a second program for each name.
Hours can change
If needs go up, we can step you into IOP. If the week is stable, session frequency can drop after a review.
From first call to
first session.
Admissions handles insurance, scheduling, and matching, so you can show up to session one. Most women begin within 24 to 72 hours of the first call.

Insurance is verified before you start, and most women begin within 24 to 72 hours.
Free Clinical Assessment
A licensed clinician reviews history, needs, and goals, then recommends IOP or outpatient.
Insurance Verification
Admissions verifies benefits before you start. We work with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Magellan, Optum, and Tricare. Benefits vary by plan.
Match With Your Therapist
You are matched with a licensed clinician who works with your needs, rather than the next open slot alone.
First Session & Goal Setting
The first session is for meeting your clinician and writing goals. You do not have to cover everything in one hour.
Ongoing Weekly Sessions
You keep regular individual sessions, group when it helps, and psychiatric check-ins when they are needed.
Therapies used in
standard outpatient.
The week can include CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, and somatic work. Your clinician chooses methods from your history and goals.
