Intensive outpatient, or IOP, is more hours than weekly therapy, and you still live at home. Our virtual IOP meets five days a week for about three hours a day.
You get individual therapy about once a week, women-only groups five times a week, psychiatric check-ins, DBT skills, relapse-prevention planning, and on-call support.

Confidential video from home
All sessions run on private video, with no commute, waiting room, or public clinic door.
Women-only groups
Every group session is women-only, so you are not in a mixed group on video.
Mental health and substance use together
Depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use can sit on the same plan. Your IOP week is not split into two separate programs.
Named methods on the week
DBT, CBT, EMDR, ACT, and somatic work can be part of IOP. The team chooses methods from your history and goals.

Free Clinical Assessment
A licensed clinician reviews history, needs, and goals, then recommends IOP or outpatient.
Insurance Verification
Admissions verifies benefits before you start. We work with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Magellan, Optum, and Tricare. Benefits vary by plan.
Onboarding & Tech Setup
We walk you through confidential video and introduce you to your clinician before day one.
Week One: Orientation
The first week is for settling in, meeting the group, and writing goals. There is no pressure to move faster than you can.
Active Treatment Phase
For about 6 to 12 weeks you join individual therapy, women-only groups, and skills work each weekday. The plan can change after a review with your clinician.
Step-Down & Alumni Support
When IOP ends, most women step down to outpatient, and alumni groups stay available after that.
