Inner Peak Wellness LLC is women-owned and operated, and groups stay women-only. Every session happens on video.
Many women come in carrying trauma, caregiving, and pressure that mixed groups do not leave room to name. You are not the only woman in the room.

Women experience mental health and substance use differently, often alongside trauma, family roles, and pressure to keep going. That is why groups at Inner Peak stay women-only.
You can speak in a room of women without being asked to explain being the only woman there. Sessions still run on video from home.
What sessions actually cover
Sessions use CBT, DBT, and EMDR when they fit what you are working on. IOP is five days a week for about three hours a day.

Intake is open 24/7, and most women begin within 24 to 72 hours.
